Transfer Policy

All requests for registration transfers must be submitted to Transfer Form and received by Friday, 3 November 2017. After 4 November, there will be a US $100 transfer fee imposed and possible additional fees depending upon the new registrant's membership status for each request.

Presenter Substitution Policy

If an author orco-author is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. If you need to make such a request, please fill out a Substitute Presenter Form no later than Friday, 4 November 2017. A copy of the form will go directly to the TPC Chair for approval.
